Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    The peppers need to be cooked for double the time i.e. about 20 mins -on tasting during cooking, I added more tomato puree, more mustard powder, and didn't add all the worcestershire sauce. The filling could be used inside little gem lettuce leaves (similar to another recipe that I use) if preferred.

    These were good with some modifications. We added a 14 oz can of tomato sauce instead of the 3 tablespoons. The peppers aren't really cooked after 10 minutes in the oven, but I didn't really mind. After a liberal amount of added salt and pepper, these tasted very similar to a traditional sloppy joe mix.

    Not a huge fan of this one. The Worcestershire sauce is too powerful so it comes off a little sour.
