    Lovely flavour and texture. Omitted red cabbage and pomegranates (none and not going shopping in the snow) and used walnuts in place of pecans. The sherry vinegar really shines through . Definitely worth repeating. Served with rump steak and frites (M&S). Great start of the weekend dinner.
