Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I find it hard to believe that this recipe was tested. FAR too much liquid. I knew that as I was making it, but I went with the recipe anyhow and then wondered why I did that! Don't you hate that?! I simmered mine on the cooktop, not in the oven so I could keep an eye on it. I would recommend adding half the amount of broth. I ended up having to drain the liquid off into a wide pan, reduce it right down and add back in. I also added 2 xtra cans of green chiles and xtra chile powder to boost the flavor. Other than all that it was pretty good. I might make it again with the above adjustments when I am pinched for time as it is quick!
