Creamy feta, tomato, and chickpea Israeli couscous casserole from Eats Well with Others by Melissa Clark and The New York Times and Joanne Bruno

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Notes about this recipe

This was OK, but not as flavorful as I had hoped. It really needs salt added together with the broth, couscous, and chickpeas. I had salted the tomato mixture, so was hesitant to add more at that stage, but that was a mistake. With some additional tomatoes, oil, and vinegar, this would probably be quite good, so I would make it again, but be sure to increase the non-pasta ingredients. The accompanying photo also looks far more loaded with other ingredients than mine did.
