    forgot to add the butter to the caramel, it was fine without. Make sure you butter the tin!!!

    This was great! Cooked in copper pan in the oven, only issue was that I used pre-rolled puff pastry as this is what I had but it's not as good as rolling it yourself I think- I found the pastry a bit thin. Otherwise a simple and good recipe.
