    Made with lemons grass paste as was all I could find and mix of peppercorns. Used asparagus, carrots and spring onions. Good flavor. Used only 2 Thai chiles as was not sure of heat level. Stirred in baby spinach instead of cabbage. Served over jasmine rice. Nice flavors. A small food processor would be better to make the paste in order to crush the seeds.
