Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    For me, this recipe is a “nope.” First, practicalities: the batter makes too much for a 9x5 as specified but fit in my 10” loaf pan. It doesn’t rise a great deal. I baked it 1 hour 20 min (way over specified time), and thought it was ready based on the toothpick test, but it did have undercooked areas. Second, flavor. It’s packed with coconut products, sugar and chopped bananas - so there’s plenty of sweet. I thought it was sort of tasty day 1, but it just didn’t taste good to me on day 2 when it had settled. Vegan gluten free baking is a challenge…
