    I reduced the amount of cream from three cups to two cups, and divided among six ramekins, which produced smaller, very tangy desserts. Everyone enjoyed the combination of passion fruit and lemon, and as this is an all-cream dessert, the smaller servings were still satisfying. The dessert set nicely, and was visually lovely with the passion fruit vanilla bean syrup swirled in.
