Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I'd made this before with kumquats and loved it, but this time was too lazy to go find some, so I used the suggested substitute of orange zest. I loved this version as well - still not sickeningly sweet like many pecan pies, and I really liked the maple, bourbon, and orange flavors. I wasn't completely sure which size pan to use; this fit in a regular 9" pie pan.

    Love this version of Pecan Pie. The kumquats cut some of the sweetness away. Lovely.
