    This exceeded my relatively low expectations! Had some prunes and granola to use up and wow, am I glad I found this simple, but flavourful cake! I did 170 g of sugar instead of 200, but if I made this again, I’d use less, maybe 150. The prunes and granola make it sweet enough.
