    I skipped the chilli and made roughly half quantities to feed 2 hungry adults and a 4 year old. The rice seemed like a crazy large amount so I did 200g (basically one full mug that I usually use for rice) plus 2 mugs boiling water. This was pretty spot on in both amount of water and finished amount for the 3 of us. Id maybe add slightly less honey next time and cook/warm the prawns separately so they don't get so chewy but it was really tasty and id make again.

    Super yummy! Forgot to fry an egg, but was totally fine without.
