    Love this recipe -- the chicken thighs are extremely flavorful. I don't always make the pickled onions and cabbage, but when I do, they are great too.

    I only used the marinade from this recipe. It’s so delicious. Used it on bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. Marinated 10 or so hours and grilled the chicken. Served it to friends and we all thought this was the bomb. Will definitely make this again and again.
