    Used Mary’s vitamix, essential equipment for grounding up the almonds. Fun project given that we rarely use almond milk. Eager to put the ground almond mix to use in the future

    This almond milk is so creamy. I find store bought almond milk very thin and not so great. Homemade is so much better.
