Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Excellent - can easily sub regular onion and a red pepper as grilled veg with the steak. Skirt wasn't available, so used some great flank steak. Couldn't stop raving. Served with the Tex-Mex Caesar from same book.

    The flavor of this steak is outstanding, especially given the low level of effort required. This is destined to be a family favorite.

    Very tasty and the green onions were a great addition. Instead of grilling I did in a cast iron skillet. Hubby and son added some favorite toppings. I had mine on a whole wheat tortilla with salsa.

    We added the steak to the tex-mex caesar, super good!
