Amá's guacamole from Amá: A Modern Tex-Mex Kitchen (page 189) by Josef Centeno and Betty Hallock

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Very nice flavor. My husband, who is not a fan of guacamole, said this is good! I know he meant it by how much he ate. ??

This is delicious. I love the depth the celery adds.

He's right you really can't tell there's celery in it. It was good with tortilla chips. There are other versions I enjoy more but I would eat this version again.
