Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Really tasty. Thought I had butternut squash and didn’t, so I used sweet potato. They mushed up a bit when mixing it all together, still delicious, but not the prettiest. I would make this again! The pesto is really delicious too, will make that separately for other recipes, too.

    This was a nice early fall side dish for chicken. I actually had all of the kale pesto ingredients on hand except the fresh basil so i ended up using a vegan basil pesto that I had already made for another dish. I would like to try this again with the kale pesto. I wanted more squash so would increase that in the future.
