    Yummy! Cut this recipe in half and used the substitution for Aleppo that is provided. Really easy poaching method. I wish I made the Aleppo butter spicier so note to self for next time: spicier butter and add more herbs than you think. Definitely serve with some crispy sourdough for some much needed texture!

    Delicious! I was the only in the house who wanted some, so it was little fussy to make for myself, but I was so glad I did. The combination of flavors was exceptional.
