    I cut this in 1/2 and am very happy with the results. It is a classic parsley pesto with a nice hum of heat...it is destined for the freezer in 1 tbsp portions but I also know that one its first uses will be drizzling over crispy potatoes. I did sub walnuts in because pine nuts are just too expensive right now and the walnuts do blend in perfectly.
