    Okay ... there is no way you'll get me to use American cheese in anything. It does not cross my threshold. But replace it with the new season release of Cougar Gold, the world's first canned cheese - honest, a cheddar cheese developed for cans in WWII. Sour cream, mushrooms, potatoes, cheese ... how could it go wrong. Yes, it disappeared quickly but I do think a bit of shallots and a bit of lovage will bring it up another notch. Okay, there is something to be said for simplicity.
