    Extraordinary really. I made for supper but it would be equally delicious as breakfast, lunch or afternoon snack with a cuppa. I changed it up a bit to suit what I had. I used a mixture of creme fraiche and mascarpone, mixed with the greens and herbs that were already in the kitchen. The crumpets were spread with a little more of the creme fraiche then the spinach mix went on top. A fabulous supper.
