    I really liked this. It reminded me a bit of a better version of the mall food court Asian chicken. I used boneless skinless chicken thighs so I marinated all the chicken and just grilled it as I normally would.

    I marinated 24 hours and it was tasty. I did not do as the recipe says regarding ensuring that the skin doesn't marinate. Maybe it wasn't as crispy but it was caramelized perfectly.
