    These are quite addictive, neither my husband or I can stay out of them. This is dairy free cookie recipe which you don’t see often. They stay soft, but not chewy like a brownie. They are chocolatey without being intense. Nothing fancy, but a solid cookie. I used my I tablespoon cookie scoop and thought I was being generous with the founding, but got 45 cookies, not 36.
