    Very tasty. Cooked in the air fryer on 200 for 15 mins, and still juicy.

    These went down surprisingly well with the family, who I thought would moan that a beef burger would be better. I wish I'd read Mary's tip about serving with apple sauce and actually bought some apple sauce, because I think that would have taken these to the next level.
