    Can substitute canned tomatoes for tomatoes, canned white beans for cooked white beans, and Parmesan cheese for Asiago cheese.

    This one made for very nice leftovers. We had it as a main dish the first night, but the leftovers are nice as a side or a snack. I find seeding tomatoes to be a bit of a chore, but I greatly prefer fresh tomatoes over the acidity of canned tomatoes--so I still opted to do it.
