    These are very good and quick to make snickerdoodles. Halved the dough and made one part with the classic cinnamon topping and one with the matcha topping also from this book, which we preferred (“matcha heaven”). The instructions tell you to use a 3-tablespoon cookie dough scoop to scoop the dough into balls. I used a much smaller one to scoop the dough and the cookies were big enough. Otherwise they would have been enormous I think.
