    Extremely difficult. Something is wrong with the recipe. Hard to develop gluten. Yummy though. Used coconut powder instead of milk powder. Read all the comments. Everyone had problems. Tip - use room temperature liquid ingredients.

    Oh my, this is incredible looking. Read the instructions 3 times to make sure I understand and can follow. Bread making is not my strong point and little intimidated in my ability to roll out three 24x12 rectangular layers.
