    Used the radishes I got in my CSA and wasn't sure what to do with. A reminder that AR is really a master of food photog as mine looks nowhere near as appealing as the pic in the book. But still very good

    I quite liked this. I used a golden mandarin, which was quite sweet enough, so didn't add any honey. The fennel needs to be sliced very thinly.
