    Very good! Used leg of lamb cut up, grilled, and a combo of Nosrat's and Waters's salsa verde for the dressing -- and the salsa, however you make it, is a must. Art of Simple Food, Waters, p. 45 and Salt Fat Acid Heat, Nosrat, p. 360-61

    Fast, easy, delicious with lamb chops and a salsa verde inspired herb dressing. The grilled flatbread addition was brilliant to mop up the tomato juices with.

    I made this whole menu and IG'd Alison Roman to tell her it was a hit! She replied :) Highly recommend for a summer dinner with friends.

    In a word, delicious! We used a butterflied leg instead of shoulder and we’d do that again. Took the advice to serve it with a salsa verde, which paired perfectly. Will do this again, it’s a great summer dish
