Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    We really liked this meal (though we made this without bean sprouts, so it was a bit lacking in protein as a main for us). I had different sized potatoes from my CSA, so cut the pieces of potato smaller than specified. As a result, I cooked the potatoes for a total of 40 minutes (20 without the beans, 20 with)- instead of the specified hour.
