    Really tasty. I made a couple of changes - I had small courgettes so I used 3, I'm not a fan of broad beans and so subbed peas (approx 3 handfuls of frozen peas stirred through just before putting the lamb on top to cook) and no dill so added chopped fresh mint at the end. I used fresh lemon so added a little zest to the lamb marinade. I used my large flatter le creuset pot which worked great as just popped the lid on rather than foil for the first part of the cooking time. It was really tasty, low maintenance and everything was perfectly cooked- I would definitely make again!
