Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a really delicious gravy. My only complaint was that it wasn't mushroom-y enough, so I finely chopped the mushrooms and stirred them back into the sauce instead of seiving them out as instructed, and I'd do this again. The miso and madeira were the prominent taste, not the mushrooms, but that did stop it from being delicious.
