  • Crunchy parsnips

      These were fine, but not really worth the faff - the crunchiness was not my favourite thing, I prefer "normal" roasted parsnips.

  • Wild mushroom & Madeira gravy

      This was a really delicious gravy. My only complaint was that it wasn't mushroom-y enough, so I finely chopped the mushrooms and stirred them back into the sauce instead of seiving them out as instructed, and I'd do this again. The miso and madeira were the prominent taste, not the mushrooms, but that did stop it from being delicious.
