    3/2/24 - Cooked for Susie & me: Very good recipe. Just make the recipe. Cook 1 lb salmon for 2 people, maybe 3 but not 4 unless there are heavy sides. We served with brown rice and asparagus. May have made a little too much sauce but it can always just sit at the bottom of the serving platter. Good to have extra for the rice to soak up. (1) Sauce needs salt at the end in order to flavor the sauce properly as well as to reduce tartness.
