  • Roast salmon with citrus salsa verde

      3/2/24 - Cooked for Susie & me: Very good recipe. Just make the recipe. Cook 1 lb salmon for 2 people, maybe 3 but not 4 unless there are heavy sides. We served with brown rice and asparagus. May have made a little too much sauce but it can always just sit at the bottom of the serving platter. Good to have extra for the rice to soak up. (1) Sauce needs salt at the end in order to flavor the sauce properly as well as to reduce tartness.

      These were good, nice variation on a ginger cookie. Not overpowering and the streusel gives a nice texture.

  • Chocolate ganache tart

      I reduced the sugar in the crust by a third ( I found it sweet enough). I reduced the cooking time of the crust ( Hazlenuts) to sixteen minutes instead of 25 and they were burnt and inedible. My oven runs hot but the crust should not have burned
