    The potatoes are sliced paper thin. I had a mandoline, but we all got cut when we tried to use it, so I put it up somewhere and now can't find it. It was a pain in the butt doing it with a vegetable peeler. Even after cooking 2 hrs and 15 min some of the potatoes were still not soft. All of us who ate it agreed while it was good we definitely like our lasagna better with noodles. Glad we tried it but wouldn't make again.
