Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was very good. I used the “chef’s blend” of mushrooms and added a little wine as well extra cheese because my husband is a cheese fiend . My husband made lots of yummy noises.

    Very delicious pasta sauce. Used a mix of creminis and hen-of-the-woods mushrooms from weekly veggie box. Used pecorino romano instead of parmesan because that's what I had!
