Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    One of my most favorite summer recipes for salmon. Works well under the broiler if you don't have a grill. The strawberry and cucumber salsa is to die for and I'm trying to figure out other uses for it (aside from eating it straight from the bowl).
