    I love this recipe and have repeated it - bias i love lemon. it's kid friendly, a make beforehand dinner when having guests that you can easily pop in the oven and prepare beforehand. made a vegetarian version, with artichoke, added goats cheese, anything goes really. but the roasted brocolli does give it an extra kick. nothing too fancy indeed, but it works - comfort food... i serve it with a green salad

    Was tasty, and might cook again. Felt that it didn’t benefit that much in terms of time for being a tray bake other than the panko and Parmesan topping. Solid but not outstanding.
