Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    Definitely a good apple muffin recipe. Unfortunately the reviews on the Food52 website were not positive from the handful of bakers. However, I recommend trying this recipe, which for me, generated eight delicious, jumbo muffins. You do need to let the final dough rest for 30 minutes at least ( like the recipe says), and you need to let the muffins cool almost completely to remove them intact from the muffin pan. It’s no more complicated than that. Very high fibre muffins, very healthy, and very oat- forward, which we enjoyed very much!
