    Can substitute broccoli for broccolini, boneless skinless chicken thighs for chicken tenders, canned coconut milk for a portion of milk, and coconut oil for butter.

    This turned out pretty good but it was more time/effort than the recipe claimed. I only cooked the broccolini for 2/3 of the time and it burnt to a crisp. I made it dairy-free and left out the truffle oil, we thought that would overpower the dish. The mushroom sauce was great.
