    Great, great, great! It was so toasty tasting & tender with a perfect balance of salt & sweetness. That crisp, flavorful exterior is so addictive. I used all whole wheat pastry flour. Mine got over cooked on the bottom at 375 so you may want to check it earlier than 40 mns. I’ve tried a lot of brown bread recipes & I now have a winner.
