Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I loved this coffee cake and so did my friends at a club meeting. This comes together really fast so you need to measure all your ingredients first. I found it takes about three oranges and two lemons. I had the oranges but only one lemon. I measured out all the zest into small prep bowls for cake, streusel and glaze and measured the full amounts of zest into the streusel and glaze but shorted the cake on lemon zest and added 1/4 teaspoon lemon oil to make up the difference.

    Loved this cake; great combination of sweet, tart, and nutty crunch. I only had one lemon & one orange; used both zests in the cake mix & both citrus juices in the glaze. Cross posted with the recipe in the Nov/Dec 2019 magazine.
