    i used this method to cook 1 bunch baby broccoli and 1 bunch kale together, then enjoyed it throughout the week. a total lifesaver when working 50+ hours. so far i've tried the greens with these combos: - greens + pierogi + yogurt sauce + aleppo pepper - greens + pasta + pecorino + extra lemon - greens (cold!) + sourdough toast (rubbed with garlic) + chickpeas + smoked paprika
