    These were fairly messy to make and needed a little extra baking time in my oven to come out crisp. I really couldn't make up my mind about them. Mine came out with a muddy flavor, but I had to substitute some pretty old ground caraway for the caraway seeds, so I really think that was it. They were the kind of addictive snack that I kept going back for even though I didn't know if I liked them. I want to try making them again with fresh, whole caraway.
