  • Turkey-veggie burgers

      This is a great turkey burger. Equally good cooked in a pan or on the grill. Sometimes, I just make the burgers and serve them with lettuce wraps and traditional burger toppings. However, the sauce in this recipes is delicious and can be made with either limes or lemons. A family favorite for sure!

      We enjoyed this, but still liked the ATK normal recipe for tikka masala better for curry nights. The crushed tomatoes do add something. For a strict keto diet, it is pretty good though.

      We liked this and will definitely repeat. Racheljmorgan has me wanting to try the ATK Tikka Masala recipe now. This recipe calls for one entire stick of butter, used in two different places. When I repeat, will try reducing the butter in the sauce. The suggested cilantro is a must here. This is the third recipe we've made from this book, and all have been keepers.

      These were fairly messy to make and needed a little extra baking time in my oven to come out crisp. I really couldn't make up my mind about them. Mine came out with a muddy flavor, but I had to substitute some pretty old ground caraway for the caraway seeds, so I really think that was it. They were the kind of addictive snack that I kept going back for even though I didn't know if I liked them. I want to try making them again with fresh, whole caraway.
