Can substitute crémant wine or other dry sparkling wine for Champagne wine, and other tropical fruit for pineapple.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Reminiscent of a mimosa, but IMO better than most (mimosas often just taste like sour OJ). I wouldn't use a super dry (or expensive) sparkling wine here.
