Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Good, easy version of grenadine. I like the added complexity of the little bit of pomegranate molasse that is added. I've been enjoying it in the Scofflaw recipe in the book, as well as added to sparkling water with some lime juice.

never need to buy grenadine again. keeps in the freezer well, and as he says, it doesn't freeze solid, making it scoop-able.
