    these are incrediblly flavourful; the balance is lovely. I used some rather large broad beans and nexgt time i'd use smaller hyounger ones - some of the skins were too fibrous even after 30 mins. but will definitely make again - more than the sum of its parts and lovely with some fluffy rice and greek yoghurt
