    Great dish for entertaining! Nice depths of flavor for people who don't like very spicy food. It was quite easy to make and not that long considering that it is a full meal in itself.

    We all loved this! Seriously so incredible. I added some fresh cilantro as I was a bit short in parsley but it worked so well. I also added a handful of mussels to round up the 2lb of fish and shrimp required. This is on our super special repeat list now.

    This was outstanding! Yes there is a bit of work but it’s time consuming, not difficult. The flavours all work beautifully and the cinnamon gives it a lovely perfume and flavour. The only thing that didn’t come through was the chilli, next time I’ll add more. I served it with the zucchini and yoghurt salad from the same book.
