    Added wild garlic used less stock - very tasty

    A nice, simple soup recipe. I layered the salt with the vegetables as they were cooking as oppos3d to just seasoning at the end. Added some leftover cannelloni beans and some Parmesan cheese rinds as well which gave it a good depth of flavour.
